This place saved my life. Very clean place indeed. The staff of great!!! I sonlove them and the compassion they showed me! There priority is getting you back to your normal self.

Medical dept. Was excellent. Had problems with this certain woman councilor . She gave no help during family week to me, i asked her to go over family boundaries with me , one on one , her answer was ask your peers. I even asked her to read before family week, i didnt wont to put anything that would cause more problems that i already had, again she said ask your peers, which I didn't it was sensitive nature and I didn't. She waited until I read them to my family then started cutting me down like a dog in front of everyone including my family. She would say stick to your addiction. Which is something that was never explained to me on boundaries. I also have two witnesses saying they were treated the same way. I was also recommended and additional 90 days in BR, I guess because I caught her lying. Besides that everything was great at Victory the other 3 councilors were great, but she was in charge of family week, if I was the administrator she would be fired on the spot. I plan on writing to the administrator about her. I would recommend victory with the exception of her, she's the only primary group councilor I heard people complain about. victory truly saved my life. I can't express with just words what this place and all the staff did for me. I drove 6 hours away from my home in austin, tx to take treatment, determined I had no problems and I was there only because I got caught, I walked out 35 days later admitting I was a RECOVERING addict with no desire to turn back. 2 months later, I'm still sober and look forward to this new way of living Victory showed me. God bless to all addicts still out there. And if yer contemplating what to do and where to go.... this place is where it's at. I will forever respect and love victory for changing my life.
